Heide Geiger is the owner of DESTINATION pilates, LLC.

Heide graduated from the University of Stuttgart, Germany, with a Master’s Degree in Sport Science and Education. She worked in different sports and rehabilitation centers in Germany, developing prevention and post-rehabilitation exercise programs. In 2006 she completed her STOTT^® Pilates certification level II and received her Romana’s Pilates^® LEVEL V Instructor certification in December 2019. Prior to opening her own studio, Heide worked as a Pilates instructor at East Cooper Chiropractic, Pilates, Fitness and Rehabilitation Center in Mount Pleasant. She was an exercise specialist at the Cardiac Rehabilitation Center at Roper Hospital and has been awarded the status of Post Rehabilitative Breast Cancer Exercise Specialist from the Pink Ribbon Program in November 2010. Heide has worked in the prevention and post-rehabilitation field for more than 20 years and has extensive experience in developing exercise programs for seniors, beginning exercisers, athletes or people just getting back into a fitness routine after an injury.
